"From the very first minute of the second half we found an alteration of attitude. We didn't get because of the substitutions, which were made in the twelfth second of the 2nd half, but because of the change we made. It was the attitude of all players that sparked the comeback.
"It does work that honestly he [Kaka] is playing well. His frame of mind assists him and this is essential for the team, that he's another option and that he's playing well. That is always good.
Kaka's performance also earned the reward of assistant coach Aitor Karanka, who had been pleased about the result of the squad after going behind to a Riki strike on 35 minutes.
