I spent the last couple of days within my version of tennis heaven a' driving lots of people, instructors, ATP officers, friends and someone else who got in my own car for the 2013 U.S. Menas Clay Court Championships contest at River Oaks Country Club here in Houston.A This is my third year operating and my knowledge just gets more fun.A So here will be the highlights from this year: every year Tennis Celebrities In My Own Car a' I was delighted to make the journey to travel, in my opinion, the largest tennis celebrity ever!A I surely got to pick up Micaela Bryan, child of Bob Bryan (of Bryan Brothers reputation), from the airport.A Oh, and I picked up her mom too.A I think I've previously posted about Micaela since her Twitter feed is so funny and so dang cute.A You will find it here:A @MicaelaBryan.A Just FYI a Micaela is 14 months old and all she tweets are photos with outstanding tennis players and hilarious captions. And More A-listers a' Still another golf superstar I surely got to get, again in my opinion, was Pete Holtermann who is in charge of media relations for the contest and who tweets at @HolterMedia.A Iam sure he thought I was some kind of freak that I knew who he was and was excited when he got in my car.A Anyway, he was so good and asked me to return to the media place when I finished driving.A Which I did.A So I surely got to see where the person interviews occur and how every one of the data you see in the newspaper, on the Internet, on Twitter, etc. gets created and set out there.A My goal for next year is to figure out a way to get a job working for Pete Holtermann as of this tournament.A And Pete a' I will work for free! And More Tennis Players (etc.) In My Car a' So hereas the listing of useful football people, etc. that I acquired to drive: Finally, I've to post a few photos that were taken by my new Facebook friend, Beverly Balowsky.A Hereas a collection of photos using this yearas tournament, featuring Gael Monfils, Ivo Karlovic, John Isner and Tommy Haas: Her vacation is spent by beverly out at the match getting incredible photos.A Most of these are heras and I do want to thank her therefore much for allowing me to use them in this post. I'd so much fun at this match and I canat propose carrying out a volunteer job like this extremely enough if you are a golf fanatic like I'm (which I assume you might be since youare reading this). This is the app I use through the event since I canat keep up with the live results while Iam driving. This application is fairly near to live. I also highly recommend following Twitter supply for the match which is @mensclaycourt and the hashtag which is #USClay.A I occur to understand that Pete Holtermann is doing the Twitter work (or supervising it) so it is accurate and up-to-date. Iam taking for the Bryan Brothers to gain in doubles therefore hopefully we will see another Micaela tweet of her sitting in the prize building a lovely baby/tennis remark!
