Judging by what Louisville has coming back and what Kentucky has coming in, it's going to be difficult to ruin the reign of the bluegrass state.
We're also beginning to learn that the mid-majors are not going anywhere, and yes, that includes Gonzaga. (Cue angry "overrated" chant.)
Putting together rankings at this point is a guessing game because it's still waaaay early. We don't know who will return and who will go pro. Transfers could still happen. The Andrew Wiggins sweepstakes is still undecided.
