Younes Kaboul will return to action playing for Spurs U21 side against West Ham tonight, having not featured for Spurs since the opening day of the season. Should he come through the match unscathed, Kaboul might be in contention for the Europa League tie in Basel on Thursday, although the Premier League match with Manchester City is a likelier return date.
Clint Dempsey has said that he has noticed the tension around the crowd at Tottenham Hotspur's recent home games as Spurs look to finish strongly in the Premiership and Europa League, but that the players have the character to perform under pressure:
HITC Sport is looking for talented Tottenham Hotspur fans to write for us. Tottenham Hotspur is your club, we want you tell your stories.
