Olympian Daniel Cormier sits undefeated with a perfect 12-0 report, and in 2012, the Strikeforce heavyweight Grand Prix was won by the AKA member by owning former UFC champ Josh Barnett in fascinating fashion. 2013 has been kind to Cormier, as the wrestler acquired a win on the ultimate Strikeforce card as well as a over Frank Mir in his UFC introduction. So just why is he on our list? Cormier might have shut out Mir back April, but anyone was hardly impressed by him with his approach to attack. All three times saw the Strikeforce stud store Mir contrary to the cage and stall for time passed between body blows.
