Because they undertake the Boston Bruins in Game 3 of their 2013 Stanley Cup playoff series, today is just a special evening for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The collection moves from the TD Garden in Bostona'widely regarded as one of the rowdiest houses in the NHLa'to the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, offering the Maple Leafs devoted their first home playoff game in seven years. In what should have been a slightly out-of-body experience for Toronto fans, they watched as their first playoff series was opened by their Leafs in nearly ten years on your way in Boston. Today they're property and can look to build away from a huge Game 2 victory. There's no question that the Leafs can have an incredible home-ice benefit. Most hockey fans probably don't even remember just what a home game appears like in Toronto. We'll all be easily reminded tonight. Forget prom. Forget weddings. Forget graduations. That is playoff baseball in Toronto. On the ice, the Leafs will appear to Phil Kessel to maintain the energy he created for himself by eventually scoring against his old group in Game 2. Joffrey Lupul in addition has been electrical, and the Leafs could benefit from getting their top scorers away from famous brands Zdeno Chara while using their last change on home ice. Meanwhile, the Bruins are back where theyAbeganAafter a hardcore Game 2 reduction. The crime dried up in that game, and Boston was outplayed through long areas before Toronto went into turtle setting to protect a two-goal lead. One guy that needs to be better for the B's is Jaromir Jagr. He was earned to supply rating level, but has not provided a lot of an interest for the Bruins. Tyler Seguin has beenAphenomenal and Milan Lucic appears to have shaken his new bout with the snake bite. Hold tight for the puck drop. The game starts at 7 p.m. ET, and can be obtained in the U.S. on the NHL Network. An eye to be kept by couple guys on tonight for every squad: Tyler Seguin was extraordinary in Game 2. He put the puck on net at just about any opportunity, and was far and away the very best and most reliable ahead for the Bruins in Game 2. Milan Lucic had a game, as did Jaromir Jagr. The Leafs can not expect these two to keep silent forever but, and Jagr in particular could be dangerous today. Phil Kessel, of course, will look to build from a goal in Game 2. He's maybe not been effective at all against his former staff, but a good game tonight might put all that in the trunk view for good. While Joffrey Lupul was outstanding, Nazem Kadri was great as well and the couple may benefit from obtaining the last change and getting away from the likes of Zdeno Chara. Speaking of Chara, he'd a Game 2 and will appear to construct on a solid third period in Toronto tonight. Probably a lot more than every other person on the snow, Dion Phaneuf will need a solid Game 3. He wasAnoticeablyAmediocore in 2 and Games 1, and he must be greater for Toronto. While making clear travels would be a huge benefit for the Leafs big strikes on men like Seguin and Brad Marchand. Phaneuf was outplayed by Jake Gardiner in Game 2. That will not continue being the case for long.
